changing privileges

actually i have downloaded a real player but when it comes to the
installation it says that only a system administrator can do so so how do i
change my privilege so that i can have administator rights through my account

Hi there KK,

Is this your home PC or work PC? Also, do you have a seperate Administrator
account that you use? You will not be able to elevate the priveledges of
your User account if you can't access the Admin account.
