Change IE Home Page

Tools -> Internet option -> General -> Address in Home
Page is about:blank but I still see unwanted default page
when I opened IE, which is edited by software (I dont know
which one). Can I change this unwanted thing.

try to go to the Tools > Options > Programs
and click the "Reset Web Settings" button..
