CD-Rom not accessible

Hi,

Win2K on a Dell Dimension 8100
I'm unable to have access to the Cd Drive.
Connexion cable are OK. Cd-rom visible in BIOS

The problem occure after fixing an another problem with Internet Access.

On Device Manage, properties a message said Registry entries are corrupted.
I cannot delete any CD-Rom entries in Regedit Access Violation.
(ContolCurrentSet, 001 and 002 )
The firware is already upgraded

Any Idea ?
