Using Windows XP. Whenever I play a CD, I get an error message that says;
ctcatend:MOL65FOP6X Error Code=0. The CD will play wityh no problem. However,
If I burn a CD using Roxio 6, I can't access the Internet to name the tracks.
I've accessed the CDDB but nothing has helped.

The CTCATEND error can be resolved by installing the 6.2 (or higher)
Engine and DVD Builder updates.

The updates can be downloaded manually from:
http://www.roxio.com/en/support/ecdc/software_updatesv6_plat.jhtml

For a simpler method however, follow the steps below:-

1) Make sure you are connected to the Internet
2) Click on Start>All Programs> Roxio Easy CD and DVD Creator 6 > Home
3) Once the Home menu appears, click on the icon at the top left and
333choose 'Advanced Configuration'
4) In the 'Advanced Configuration' window, click on the button marked
'Check Now'
5) You will be shown a Windows with the names of programs and checkmarks
beside ones which have updates available. Leave all of the boxes
checked as they are and click on the button marked 'Download and Install
Now'
6) The update process will begin, once complete you should reboot your
computer

If you recieve a message that you need to register the program after
clicking 'Download and Install Now', then go through the registration
process.
