Can't use HP 632C printer on Windows XP

N

Nicki

When I purchased my computer, the package included a HP
632C printer. I am using Windows 2000 XP and it does not
read the installation Cd for the printer. The support
group where I purchased my computer did not help much.
Is there an update for my printer so that XP can read the
installation software?

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Despite the fact the printer was purchased as part of a package of a
computer that had Windows XP installed, the CD in the box might have been
intended for Windows 9x systems only. Windows NT systems (Windows 2000 is
Windows (NT) 5.0 and Windows XP is Windows (NT) 5.1. Go to the Start Run
slot and type winver and press enter.)

Try the driver downloadable from
