Can't use Epson 1250 Scanner with Windows XP

I keep gettin a pop up saying(Open Driver..Tvichw32 Driver Open Error and second problen i
ASPI Driver Error..Cannot load ASPI Layer Driver. Senior Citizen needs help, Thanks

Ihave the same problem with a Canon CanoscanN67OU and a negative scanner PrimeFilm 1800u
