Can't sync mobile device with Outlook after upgrading to Office 20

I have recently upgraded to Office 2007 (offical product, NOT beta!) from
Office 2003. Since the upgrade, when I use ActiveSync to sync my Pocke PC I
get this message:

"Microsoft Outlook is no longer installed, so ActiveSync cannot continue to
run. To continue synchronization, reinstall Microsoft Outlook. If yopu no
longer want to syncronize your data, disable synchronization in ActiveSync."

My Pocket PC runs Windows Mobile 2003 2nd Edition

I changed from ActiveSync 4.2 to ActiveSync 4.5 Beta 2. Same problem.

Any suggestions?

I finally got my PDA to syncronize with Outlook 2007!
First, I opened Outlook 2007, clicked on "Help" and clicked on Office
Diagnostics, which took about 15 minutes to complete. While this was running
I went to http://www.chapura.com and downloaded their trial version of
Windows Sync. I installed it, but I didn't run it. Upon completion of the
Diagnostics, the summary indicated it had found and fixed 4 errors. I closed
the window and connected my PDA. And finally it syncronized. Then I removed
Chapura's sync program, disconnected my PDA waited about 10 seconds and then
re-connected the PDA and it syncronized just fine.
I doubt installing the the Chapura had anything to do with getting this to
work, but....you never know. I'd run the Diagnostics and see if that solved
the problem.
Good Luck!
