I've set Outlook as a default email client but yet Outlook express takes on
the job when I do send page by email in a web page. How could I address this
problem? What should I do? Anyone, please help.

No it doesn't work.

I mean despite having selected Microsoft Outlook Office as my default email
client, Outlook Express opened when I did send web page as email.

I tried restart system and reload IE yet the same problem happened.

Try resetting it through Control Panel-> Set Program Access and Defaults

I did all these many times. I even tried changed to other program such as
Motorola Phone tool, Windows live mail but yet the default email client
turned out to be Outlook Express.
