Can't send emails

I seem to be receiving emails but can't send this afternoon as it says that
there is an error with the connection any suggestions? Could it be the
server my website uses? If so how come I can receive them?

Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

Make sure you have send authentication enabled.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Servers.
Enable the "My server requires authentication" option.

If no improvement, were you sending from home when that error
happened, and was Windstream providing your computer's
connection to the Internet at that moment?

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'Fw:
Plumber with a sense of humor', Account: 'pop.windstream.net', Server:
'smtp.windstream.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 you are not
allowed to send mail to <[email protected]>', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Why ask another user who is probably also clueless?
Simply post your symptoms, include a copy of the error message, and
one of the expert responders will provide you with a custom response.
