Unable to send emails.

I am able to receive emails, but am receiving an error when attempting to
send emails. Below is message when I attempted to send email.

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'DRG300 claims to reject',
Account: 'Datametrix', Server: 'mailcenter.xmission.com', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Go to the tools menu>accounts>select your Datametrix
account>properties>server tab>ensure that under
Outgoing Mail Server, put a check in My server requires authentication.
apply>OK

Thanks, but I had already tried that. Rechecked the box and applied again,
just in case, but still receiving the same error. Any other ideas?

This page shows the full settings for OE read WM the settings are the same.

Check all your settings as per the above?
Can you get WebPages? If so you may have the wrong mail server typed in your
account or the server may be down temporarily?
Try removing and rebuilding the account?

When you got that error message, was your connection to the Internet
being provided by Xmission or by another provider?
