Can't see ALT tags / text

I can no longer see the ALT tags that are associated with
images and text. In the past when I would hover my mouse
over an image I would see the alternate text associated
with that image, but now it doesn't work. Does anyone
know how I can fix this? Thank you for your help.

Did you install a pop up killer or some Security Software recently?
The ALT tag may be blocked by these tools.
