Can't save in Word 2000

I can no longer save a document in Word 2000 - I don't even get the "Save
As" dialogue window when I try to save or when closing a document. My PC is
configured for 2 users and Word for the other user works fine. I have tried
re-installing Office 2000 but no help. Any ideas?

If you are running Norton AntiVirus, disable its Office Plug-in.
