hi thanks for any advice i use norton anti virus to scan my emails i'v tried
turning this off but the same results.i'm using freeserve BB and outlook
express 6. it says it receiving the message but will then timeout and give
me this message

i was told this could be a problem with IE6 and SP1 could solve this but i
had already downloaded this, also recntly i downloaded a security update
patch and this is when my problems started
