cant receive emails now

I have been able to receive emails until tonight.

Account: 'pop-server.neo.rr.com', Server: 'pop-server.neo.rr.com',
Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19

Replying to your original thread would have been a good idea. Did you make
any changes suggested in your first post? Can you send now but not
receive? Or neither?

Error number 0x800CCC19 is a timeout. Typically that is caused by
interference from an antivirus program. Which antivirus are you running?
As a minimum, email scanning in the antivirus should be turned off,
although that may not be sufficient to eliminate all bad effects.
In a worst case scenario, your antivirus may need to be uninstalled.

Email scanning in any antivirus should be disabled, for reasons
explained here:
