What does this error message mean?

It probably means you are using a non-compatible option in one of your
settings for that mail account. Make sure you don't have Secure Password
Authentication enabled.
If all the settings are correct, then an overly intrusive antivirus program
may be the cause. If you are running McAfee or Norton antivirus, uninstall.

Did you ever get this corrected? Funny thing for me is I get this error
everytime I send or run the "send/receive all" function BUT I my emails from
those accounts are coming in and going out! What is the deal???
Any advice you could offer would be greatly appreciated!
