can't receive emails

After years of carefree email service, suddenly I am unable to receive emails
to my windows mail account. I can send, but I can not receive. I have not
changed anything at all on my computer and all my other emails seem to be
working fine. Also in windows email, as soon as I open it up, it immeadiately
starts scolling by itself. Can you notify me of replies at (e-mail address removed)

Do you get an error message when you try to receive? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

As for the scrolling, that's not caused by Windows Mail. If you have a
wireless mouse, it probably has a low battery.
