Cant open links in outlook 2005

I cant open links in outlook 2005 mail when I try it goes to a window of my
documents with LOCATE LINK BROWSER AT THE TOP
and files of type "EXECUTABLE FILES" at the bottom of the window

There is no such thing as Outlook 2005.

Anyway, point it to IEXPLORE.EXE
