I used to have my links toolbar on its own line with all my icons in a row.
After doing a reinstall of IE6 (or a repair) I have the links arrow to the
right of the address bar. On other PCs I can click down on the links icon,
the mouse icon changes to four direction arrows and I can drag the links to
a different location (its own line for example). Now however, clicking on
the links icon does nothing - there's no way to move it. So what I have is
a links icon with the down arrow icon next to it where I can click on the
arrow and then choose from my link choices. How do I get the links to move
back to a toolbar?
Thanks - Pierre
