Extend Links toolbar in two lines

I have a long list of favorites in "Links" that I wish to display on the IE
toolbar. Now, some of the links appear in one line and the rest appear as a
drop down after clicking the (>>) button at the end of the Links toolbar. I
want all of my links to appear in more than one lines on the toolbar. How do
I do it?

I have never seen a way of having more than one line on the Links bar
but you can:
1. Reduce the names to one or two letters to get more in (I have had
around 20)
2. Use folders on the Links bar.
