Can't install updates :(

Trying to install 3 updates for XP -

Download size: 0 KB , 0 minutes (Downloaded; ready to install)

As you can see it thinks they're already there...
I want to delete the cached files so that it has to download them again
as it's failing to install properly every time I try...

Have looked EVERYWHERE and there's no info as to how to download the
cached files...

HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
