I can see no reason to add regsvr32.exe to right-click menu options.
regsvr32.exe should be in
C:\WINDOWS\system32
and
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache
regsvr32.exe is the Microsoft(C) Register Server.
You use the Regsvr32 tool (Regsvr32.exe) to register and unregister object
linking and embedding (OLE) controls such as dynamic-link library (DLL) or
ActiveX Controls (OCX) files that are self-registerable. Regsvr32
registers
and unregisters .dll files as command components in the registry.
Try this one, it's easier to use.
[[This program allows to register/unregister DLLs using RegSvr32 tool
which
is included with Windows. This program is very easy even for beginners.
Additionally, it shows a way to find windows\system directory location
properly. A handy utility that will help you avoid the inconvenience of
running regsvr32 from the start menu all the time. ]]

I can't find regsvr32.exe on my system. When I do a search, what comes up
is REGSVR32.EXE-29C480B8.pf. Any regsvr32.exe that does come up has an
empty file. (if you're wondering WHY I am looking for this file, it is
because I am having a problem with my Norton Internet Security and one of
the steps to fixing it is to add this program to the Windows right-click
menu options)
