CANT FIND FILES

Under Moving maker tips, can not access any items. Says C:\program fils\movie
maker\MUI\0409 |moviemk.chm can not be found.. How can I download a new
version of movie maker. Have gone to Windows downloads but there aren't any.
I even reloaded service pack 2. The problem is still there.
