MUI folder is missing

my WMM is 2.1.4, OS: wnxp, sp2, home ed.
when I try open the 'how to edit clips' file and the Help tab at top of
page, I get a prompt:
C:\\Program Files\Movie Maker\MUI\0409\MOVIEMK.chm
can not be found.

I have downloaded and installed Sp 3 but the above prompt still comes up.
Looking in the C:\\Program Files\Movie Maker location, there is no ‘MUI’
listing there.
Using ‘Search’, I find an MUI folder in several places such as:
C:\Windows\SRCHASST\MUI\0409 – that contains a lot of .xml files (?).
And: C:\Program Files\Internet Exporer\MUI\0409 - that contains: Mscorier.dll
And: Windows\System32\MUI\0409 – containing: mscorees.dll
And several other places……..
What should I do with all this info????
