Can't Delete Restricted Site List

I'm trying to delete the list of restricted sites under the security tab on
IE6 but when I try clicking on the site ,then remove - although they
disappear from the screen, the list is back in full when I click on sites (
to check if they were removed)
I am following the instructions under help
Any suggestions please

Hi,
This may not help, but give it a try. With no IE windows open, try deleting
those sites from Control Panel> Internet Options.

Or, repeat that procedure, then restart the machine before opening IE.

Thanks for the suggestion Don, list is still there though , can't understand
it!!
Could there be any way through windows explorer I wonder?

Try going to spybot(if thats what you are using) and de-immunized all the my
immunized file. This seemed to take out all the sites from the restricted
sites tab automatically
