Can't connect to URLs

I have a 4 computer LAN.Three of them work perfectly
using either DSL or dial-up. The fourth cannot connect to
any URLs. This is true using IE6, Opera 7 or Mozilla 1.5.
All common URLs ping normally. I loaded the latest
comprehensive Service Pack. This machine uses a Belkin
wireless access point and Linksys router. Both have
checked out with the manufacturers. Since I have the same
problem using dial-up, the LAN doesn't seem to be the
problem. Any ideas?

places.' I have exchanged and viewed files going in both
directions.
