Can't connect to msn.

I can not connect to msn-messenger. A message appears at the screen, saying;
Cant connect you know, please try later. Error 80072ee7.
When I test the connection it says I have no internet connection, but I do!
I'm ON the internet, but the test says no......???
Please help.

I would contact the MSN support folks if you can't resolve the problem with
the above.
