CANNOT START MICROSOFT OFFICE OUTLOOK

P

Patty

When I tried to start the program by clicking its icon, I get the following
message:
"Cnnot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the outlook window. The
set of folders cannot be opebed. The file C:\Documents and
Setings\Company\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Archive.pst
is not a personal folder file.

I have checked the path that they refer to and it is there when I do the
explore, and the final data (archive.pst) is also there! what can I do. I
removed Office Enterprise 2007 completelly and then re-installed it, but it
did not help.

Could you please help? (e-mail address removed)
Thanks, Patty.

Reinstalling won't help with corruption in data files. Use scanpst.exe to
check your pst-file for errors.
