cannot start messenger service

Somehow the messenger service is stopped (was all right before) then i
try to restart the service and got the following message:
-----------------------------------------------------
could not start the messenger service on local computer
error 126 specified module could not found
------------------------------------------------------


Also i notice that if i tried to restart workstation service(one of
dependent service)

can anyone please help me for this issue? I am using window xp embeded
version.

i also notice that i can't restart workstation service. When my
computer restart the service is started. But if i try to restart it
(workstation), it fail to restart..
