Cannot send spyware results of suspicion

When trying to contact the server it tells me of a proxy
error when all is working ok, is this a program fault in
microsoft antispyware, and i suspect this ssoftsrv which is
in task manager and wdfmgr, please can you tell me what
these are

This appearance can be the result of a bug in Microsoft Antispyware for
which I have no workaround. You should check whether IE is set to work
offline, and whether any software firewall is interfering.

I know of nothing to distrust about the two filenames you cite--but of
course names themselves may mean nothing at all.

The file ssoftsrv.exe is the exe file for a program
called:
Cryptainer Le from a company named Cypherix.
Cypherix - A Business Division of Secure-Soft (India) Pvt
Ltd

It is unlikely to be the cause of your problem.

Get HijackThis.exe from
http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/hjt199//HijackThis.exe

Save it to C:\hjt (new folder) then Open it and select
Scan and Save Log. Note where you saved the log then
send it to me as an attachment. Put Hijack in the subject
so I'll know it's not spam. Perhaps I can see what's
wrong.
