cannot send or recieve windows mail

not sure why I can't send or recieve windows mail could someone please help
? would it be because i have a windstream.net email account or dont i have
something set right in the computer

this is what the error message reads, The host 'SMTP' could not be found.
Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly.
Subject 'AWESOME steelers photos, here are some of your new nephew',
Account: 'POP3', Server: 'STMP', Protocol: STMP, Port 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket error: 11011, Error number 0x800CCC0D

The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Account: 'POP3' (1)', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: POP3, Port 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Socker Error: 11001, Error number: 0x800CCC0D
