Please help Cannot send or recieve messages.this message pops up:

error 0x800ccc18 when you try to log on to Exchange Server by using Secure
Password Authentication

Go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account, Properties, Servers.
Make sure that "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" is not enabled.
