Cannot send or forward an email

I was using it ok this morning until I sent some email holloween cards to a
group of people. Then it stop sending.

I get this message:
An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Fw: DVDSBESTBUY Now on TWITTER',
Account: '(e-mail address removed)', Server: 'mail.bellsouth.net', Protocol:
SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0B

I do not understand what it means at all outside of it not going and landing
in my outbox. Please tell me what to do in plain english. Very plain.

I believe AT&T has migrated all the former Bellsouth customers to the
