Cannot send email to addresses outside the email server domain

I have set up Windows Live Mail build 14.0 and can receive email from inside
or outside the server domain but cannot send ouside the sever domain.

Error message:

An unknown error has occurred.

Server: 'mail.nhbizsales.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0B
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25
Secure(SSL): No

This server is for my business and is not my ISP domain.
