Cannot send emails

My company uses Microsoft office outlook web access, so all staff can access
emails at home. Every time i click the send button the screen goes dull and
then my web page shuts down with out sending email. Have tried various things
to fix, but not being a computer whizz kid are at bit lost. Have also asked
the works IT deptment to help, with no sucess. Worked fine on old computer
but since purchased new computer running on Windows Vista Home premium.

Is it something simple like needing download ??? Any help would be much
appreciated.

Am just looking at purchasing Microsoft office home and student 2007, will
this help ???
