cannot send comcast email with outlook while traveling

My comcast email works fine at home, but i have tried using the "use comcast
with outlook 2003 while traveling" suggestions from the office website and
they do not work. Below is the error message that i get:


Task 'Comcast-Sending' reported error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook is unable to
connect to your outgoing (SMTP) email server. If you continue to receive
this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider
(ISP).

I have checked with Comcast and they haven't been able to help thus
far...any ideas?

Change the SMTP server settings to use the SMTP server of the ISP through
which you're connected.
