cannot paste screenshot

I am posting this message in this forum because I believe it to be either an
issue with the local security policy of the PC or a recent Windows Update.

I recently updated the image for new PC's, and am having an issue where I am
unable to paste a screenshot into a Word or .rtf document unless I am logged
onto the PC as a local administrator. I did not have this issue with any
other images. The 'paste' button is not greyed out, so it looks like the
screenshot function is working, just not the paste.

The OS is Windows XP Pro SP2 with all the latest updates up to today's date.

Try running chkdsk /f, it may be a security descriptor error. It is a
good idea to run chkdsk /f immediately following a re-imaging anyway.
