Word Form - unable to paste screenshot

i have created a form in word 2003, i am unable to paste a screenshot
into one of the frames.

i have inserted a text form field with unlimited text.

any suggestions?

Sorry, I don't have a specific answer for you. I know it is possible, but
not simple. What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form."
