Cannot open Yahoo web page

All of a sudden I cannot open the Yahoo web page.
www.yahoo.com witH IE 6.0. If I use either slimbrowser or
Netscape I can get to Yahoo just fine. It seems that
happened right after I downloaded the latest security
update. Anyone help?
