Cannot Delete Recycle Bin

I am not able to delete EPS (Encapsulated Postscript)
files in my recycle bin. I get an error message: "Cannot
delete 'Dc19'; (Dc 'x' varies) it is being used by
another person or program. Close any programs that might
be using the file and try again."

This only happens with EPS files. There are no other
applications open. The files are usually large (over 10mb
and sometimes over 100 mb). Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Ted, try placing the files in a new folder. Then delete
the folder.
