Hi,
First clear the cache (Temporary Internet Files) and History from IE> Tools>
Internet Options> General> Delete files (and delete offline content.) It's
often recommended that the TIF folder be kept at about 50 MB (Settings.)

Go to your Cookies folder and delete any cookies from that site.

If clearing the cache and History didn't work, delete the TIF and History
folders See: http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/delcache.htm

There are other possible solutions at

Have you checked for malware recently?
See: Dealing with Unwanted Spyware and Parasites:
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm Also note the security tips on that
page.

Hi,
Which OS? If running WinXP, try this
Start> Run
ipconfig /flushdns
[Enter] or OK

Have you done a complete shutdown of everything- modem, router, computer?
