I am unable to get to any secure website using IE 6. I
called my ISP to see if they could tell me why. The
answer I was given is because the cipher strength is
listed as 0-bit. At that time I was using IE 5.5 and was
instructed to go to the Microsoft website and install
Service Pack 1. Microst is no longer supporting IE 5.5
for Windows 98 so I went ahead and downloaded and
installed IE 6. During the installation a message
appeared indicating that the file rsaenh.dll was either
missing or corrupted. The installation continued and upon
finishing I checked to see if the cipher strength had
changed and it has not. How do I get the cipher strength
increased? Is is related to this missing/corruped file?
If so, where I can I get a good copy of rsaenh.dll and get
it in place? Or is something else causing the problem and
how do I fix it?
