cannot access messages in inbox

I cannot access emails coming into my inbox. Any new messages appear in my
inbox without any details apart from "none" listed in date received column.
The only way I can access my incoming emails is to view messages for the last
7 days.

If I select messages button in current view any recent messages have no
details as stated above.

For what Outlook configuration?
If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook disable this
integration and try again.

You'll need to disable Norton its integration with Outlook and not just
disable Norton. Note that it doesn't work on messages already received but
only for messages received after you disable the integration. Just send a
test message to yourself.

Even for new messages?
What mail account type are you using?
What version of Internet Explorer are you using?
