HELP!!!

Try under GPO by opening a run command and type in:
gpedit.msc click [OK].
On the Group policy under Administrative Templates check for the Internet
Option is not disabled.
Also try in Safe Mode, what happen to make you lose access to IE options?.
What IE version you have?.

HTH.

Internet Options is inetcpl.cpl.

Try this, click Start | Run | Type: inetcpl.cpl | Click OK.

Does Internet Options open?

Paste the following line into Start | Run and click OK...

%systemroot%\system32\inetcpl.cpl

Does Internet Options open?

Paste the following line into Start | Run and click OK...

%systemroot%\system32\dllcache\inetcpl.cpl

Does Internet Options open?

Paste the following line into Start | Run and click OK...

%systemroot%\ServicePackFiles\i386\inetcpl.cpl

Does Internet Options open?

If none of the above works to open Internet Options, if NoBrowserOptions is
set to 1, it disables Internet Options.

Read the instructions at the top.
225. Restore Folder Options/Internet Options

folderproperties.reg is the file that you want.

Do you have Internet Explorer 7? Or do you have IE 6?
