cannot access hotmail or bank

I cannot access my hotmail or my bank. I can use the
email in sbc yahoo but still cannot get hotmail or my
bank. I can get on the bank page wut when I put in my
info I get the page that says this page cannot be
displayed. The same for hotmail. Please help !!!
