can send messages but they don't arrive

Theoretically, Windows Mail will not move a message to Sent Items
until it gets confirmation from the mail server that the send was
successful. So, the message is getting lost after arriving on your
ISP's mail server. To confirm this scenario, try sending with a
different email program such as Thunderbird.

To "roz" and others

It is a problem with Tiscali that is likely to take between 7-10 days to
fully resolve. All is explained on the Tiscali homepage. In the meantime
I'm sending e-mails by Hotmail.
