can send but not receive

I can receive but not sent in Outlook 2003.

I can do both in Outlooki Express with the same settings.

It worked yesterday. Who is trying to punishing me? Is there something I
can try?

It keeps trying and says it is downloading the message, and then I
get an error message which I was unable to copy.

However, I am in a coffee shop now, where I came to see if it was the
program or my router. It works fine, so I am on my way to buy a new
router (the old one is "b" and my card is "g." I will reply if it
works or doesn't.

Most G cards can use B as well, but you should get a speed boost with a G
router.

Do you know a good screen capture program?

Window's built-in Print Screen and the Clipboard viewer along with the
freeware IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com/) for editing the result works
for me, although the built-in Paint program may suffice. Many people also
like SnagIt
(http://www.techsmith.com/snagit.asp?CMP=KgoogleSdesc82tm) but that's not
frree.
