can only login to domain as admin

I'm trying to login to an NT domain using a 2000 computer.
Never had a problem before. The user let her password run
out and now we can't login to the domain on her computer
using her username and password, but we can login to the
domain using administrator. She can login to the domain on
another computer, so we know her account is fine. To sum
it up, the only way I can login to the domain on her
computer is using the domain admin account. Any thoughts?

Hi neal

There is a option to restrict user to login to a specificed pc, please check
the user a/c setting to see whether this option is enabled ( AD Users &
Computers -> Account -> Log On To button ).
