Can I set Outlook to only download messages for specific a/c's?

I know I can do this in Outlook Express; by checking/unchecking the 'include
this account in sending and receiving' but I cannot see the option in
Outlook. I need to prevent certain accounts receiving on a week day.
Also unlike Express, I can't see to which of my accounts my messages have
come to in the preview pane. Any advice?

What version of Outlook are you using? OL2003 & OL2007 have options similar
to what you're looking for in their send/receive settings.
