Outlook Express - 31 accounts limit problem

We have about 50 email accounts. All accounts configured correctly and
working. However, the "Send and Receive All" function only works for the
first (alphabetically) 31 accounts. I tried checking/unchecking the
"Include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing" option. When
less than 31 accounts are selected, everything works correctly. If more than
31 accounts are selected, only the first 31 receive/send. Is there a 31
account limit in Outlook Express? Is there somewhere a setting, or a
Registry key that dictates this behavior?
Thanks,

Sounds plausible as 32 would require an extra bit. This said, it's not a set
limit but a declaration limit and I doubt anything in the registry could
"fix" this.

For possible workarounds ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup as this is an
Microsoft Office Outlook newsgroup.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.

Thanks a bunch.
I realized after I posted that there might be a better place to post this
question.
Thanks anyway for the answer.
