Can Connect to Router, but not Internet

I can not get onto the internet via my laptop.

It has wireless built in and I have a wireless router. There are 2 other
computers in the house, one wireless and one ethernet and they both work fine.

I can connect to the router no problem and the connection shows as working,
but the internet just won't work.

I am automatically assigned an IP addess and I can't see what else it can be.

Any ideas?

If the IP that us assigned start with 169 than you are not really connected
to the Router.
Connected to the Router means that if you type the Router's core IP into the
Browser you can see the Router's Menus.

I can get onto the routers menu by typing in the IP address and the status of
the router is working 100% and the router is connected to the internet.
Would there be any settings that would be blocking the internet connection?
